Thibodaux church finds its place after 10-year expansion
January 12, 2010Elvira A. Lilly, 65, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Paradis, La., died at 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 3, 2010.
She is survived by sons, Jerry, Anthony, Louis and Cecil Lilly; brother, Wilbert Adams; stepbrothers, Whitney, Dudley and Sidney Bonvillain; four sisters, Mary Bourg, Odile Crochet, Lorraine Bourg and Louise Eschette; stepsister, Delta Bonvillain; two grandchildren; and six stepgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Louis Lilly; parents, Antoine and Florence Mayet Adams; sons, Bobby and John Lilly; brother, Anthony Adams; sister, Josephine Gisclair; and stepsister, Eva Bonvillain.
She is buried at Holy Rosary Cemetery in Larose.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
