Emma Marie Pitre, 98, a native and resident of Lockport, La., died at 8:34 a.m. Monday, Nov. 22, 2010.
Ms. Pitre was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
She is survived by her sons, Eroch (Cathy) and Errol (Audrey) Pitre; daughter, Judy (Louie) Breaux; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eroche Pitre; parents, Joe and Blanche Leblanc; one son, Jordy Pitre; three brothers, Edmond, Ernest and John Pitre; and three sisters, Edna, Sister Regina and Viola.
She is buried at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery.
