Ernest Anthony Plaisance, 74, a native and resident of Lockport, La., died Monday, Sept. 16, 2013.
Mr. Plaisance was an honorary lifelong member of the Knights of Columbus Post 3054.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Plaisance; sons, Aaron, Glenn and Lannie Plaisance; daughter, Lilli Dufrene; sisters Marilyn, Marybell, Judy, Joy and Gloria; brothers, Wade, Ray, Dale and Joey; 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Julien Sr. and Cecile Plaisance; brothers, Gerard, Gene, Reid, Julien Jr. and Joseph; and sisters, Ruth and Deborah.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Falgout)
