Ervin “Pinyy” J. Loupe, 73, a native and resident of Kraemer, La., died Thursday, December 11, at 4:09 a.m.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Elsie H. Loupe; sons, Nolan Loupe, Wesley Loupe and wife Norma and Lloyd “Digo” Loupe and wife Diana Tregle; brother, Eugene Loupe; sisters, Essie Mae Folse and Esma Cortez; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Evelyn Cortez Loupe; son, Manuel “Big E” Loupe; and sister, Betty Jane Clement.
He was a parishioner of St. Lawrence the Martyr Catholic Church.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, December 12, at 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, December 13, at St. Lawrence the Martyr Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday with burial at the church cemetery.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home of Raceland, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
