September 27, 2011Etta Irene ‘Maw Maw’ Haase, 92, a native of Baton Rouge, La., and resident of Morgan City, La., died Friday, Sept. 23, 2011.
She is survived by her daughter, Shirley Borer; son, John Jr. (Nancy) Haase; grandchildren, Sherry Doyle, Kahne Sullivan, Micki Francis Noto and Jacki Francis; eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and numerous friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Haase Sr.; parents, Edward and Mary Sanders; and 14 brothers and sisters. (Hargrave)
