Toll revenue not enough to make bond payments

Eugenie Constant Guidry, 94, a native of Thibodaux, La., and resident of Bourg, La., died Sunday, Feb. 13, 2011.
Mrs. Guidry was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
She is survived by her sons, Gillis Jr. (Cecile) and Micheal Guidry; daughters, Norma Jane (Melvin) Duplantis and Billie Fae (L.P.) Pellegrin; 15 grandchildren, Lynn (Monica), Glynn (Susan), Barry and Pamela Pellegrin, Dawn (Perry) Blanchard, Mel (Nancy), Marybeth and Ken (Theresa) Duplantis, Julie (Kevin) Piazza, Amy (George) Borghardt, Selena and John Guidry, Cathrine (Mark) Pilie’, Michelle (Ted) Pender and Michael Stack Guidry; 22 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her second spouse, Gillis John Guidry; first spouse, Earl Stevens; parents, Sylvestre and Marie Eugenie Constant; brothers, Wallace, Albert, Edward, Chester and Walter Constant; sisters, Odile Naquin, Comelia Ponville, Lea Hebert, Agnes Delatte, Louise Redrigue Edna Rodrigue, Althea Clement; and grandchild, Tiffany Lynn Pellegrin.
The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of The Oaks of Houma for their excellent care and services.
She is buried at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery.
