Eula (Teen Center) O. Dufrene, 90, a native of Lafourche Parish and a resident of Lockport, La., died Sunday, June 15, at 1:10 a.m.
She is survived by her sons, Walter J. Dufrene Jr. and James Albert Dufrene and wife Mary Lee Dufrene; daughters, Jackie Cheramie and Joyceline and husband Allen Fonseca; sister, Marie and husband William Yowell; 17 grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and 21 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Jean Dufrene Sr.; parents, Albert and Judith Fayet Orgeron; grandson, David Dufrene; great-grandson, Brandon Cheramie; son-in-law, Raleigh Cheramie; brother, Albert Orgeron Jr.; and sister, Vernice Allemand.
She was a parishioner of Holy Savior Church.
Visitation will be 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 17, at Holy Savior with the funeral to follow. She will be buried at Holy Savior Cemetery.
