Florence “Sis” Soudelier Dubois Angelette, 81, a native of Delta Farms, La. and resident of Cut Off, La. died Sunday, July 22, 2007, at 11:35 a.m.

She is survived by her five sons, Jeffery Dubois and his companion Kathleen Gisclair, Johnny Dubois and his wife Faith, Steve Dubois and his companion Cynde McClain, Herbert Dubois and his companion Robin Autin; five daughters, Trucella Kraemer and her husband Donald, Stella Borne and her husband Galveston, Catherine Delatte and her husband George, Evelyn France, and Joyce Pfleegor and her husband Mike; four stepsons, Russell, Gerald, Ricky, and Chris Angelette; one brother, Claude Soudelier; 23 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren.


She was preceded in death by her first husband Herbert Dubois, Sr.; her second husband, Leo Angelette; her parents, Clarence and Earnestine Naquin Soudelier; seven brothers, Clarence, Allen, Louis, Andrew, Herbert, Lloyde, and Junior Soudelier; three sisters, Bernadette, Claribelle, and Rita Mae Soudelier; and two grandsons, George Delatte, Jr., and Matthew Kraemer.

Florence was a devout Catholic and a parishioner of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in LaRose, La.

Visitation is Tuesday July 24, 2007, from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off, with the funeral to follow at 12:00 p.m. at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in LaRose, La. She will be buried in the church cemetery.

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home of Cut Off is in charge of the arrangements.
