Fletcher receives disaster expansion funds
August 23, 2011Florence “Flo” G. Bourgeois, 83, a native of Mathews, La., and resident of Raceland, La., died at 10:17 a.m. Monday, Aug. 22, 2011.
Mrs. Bourgeois was a parishioner of St. Mary’s Nativity Catholic Church.
She is survived by her son, Glenn (Monica) Bourgeois; brother, Ray Gautreaux; sisters, Sheri Loupe and Elrita Sampey; and one grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Bourgeois; parents, Lawrence and Ruby Gautreaux; and sister, Audrey Ford.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 24 at St. Mary’s Nativity Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
