Garland Wayne Vincent, 60, a resident of Houma, died on December 24, 2017.
Mr. Vincent is survived by his caregiver and devoted wife, Judy Porche.
He lived the gospel helping many people throughout his life expecting nothing in return, knowing God would always provide for him. Garland was so proud to serve his country in the United States Air Force as Staff Sergeant. His proudest moments were performing military honors for his fellow veterans’ funerals in the Air Force and with the United Veterans League until he was too ill to serve. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
