October 24, 2013Genevieve Mary Breaux Porche, 79, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013.
Mrs. Porche was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. She was a long-time babysitter known as “Maw Jen”.
She is survived by her daughters, Lori (Alfred) Clement, Janelle (Mark) Moen and Shari (Charles) Fanguy; brother, Leroy Breaux; sisters, Roselie Cretini and Bonna Jane LeCompte; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter Porche; parents, Philip and Linda Breaux; brothers, Owen Sr. and Clayton Breaux; and sisters, Edna Mae Falgout and Leona Breaux. (Chauvin)
