George Joseph Thibodaux Jr., 64, a native of Houma, La., and a resident of Gray, La., died Saturday, April 5, at 9:26 a.m.
He is survived by his sons, Byron Thibodaux and Brad Thibodaux of Houma; daughter, Wanda Fincher of Houma; brother, Ronald Thibodaux of Dulac, La.; sister, Janet Portier of Houma; nine grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane Griffin Thibodaux; his parents, George Joseph Thibodaux Sr. and Daisy Marange Thibodaux; and brothers, Douglas Thibodaux and Gary Thibodaux.
He was a retired boat captain and a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
