Gertrude Theresa Rodrigue, 71, a native and resident of Point Aux Chene, La. died July 5, 2007.
She is survived by her three daughters, Bonnie Pellegrin and her husband Michael, Janell Scott and her husband Brent, and Juanita Bergeron and her companion John; four sons, Michael Vito and his wife Sandra, Luby Vito, Jr. and his wife Peggy, Patrick and Tony Vito; one brother, Dennis Rodrigue; one sister, Gertie Rodrigue; eleven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Luby Vito, Sr.; her parents, Narcisse and Lucina Brunet Rodrigue; one daughter, Elenore Rodrigue; three brothers Emile, Joseph, and John Rodrigue; and one sister, Esma Leveron.
Visitation is Saturday, July 7, 2007 from 8:00am until 1:00pm, with the funeral to follow at Samart Funeral Home of Houma. She will be buried at Rogers Cemetery.
Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of the arrangements.
