State’s higher-education plot line is very predictable

Harold Anthony Schexnayder, 89, a native of St. James, La., and a resident of Houma, La., died Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2010.
Mr. Schexnayder served as a U.S. Army Air Corps Staff Sergeant during World War II. He was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral.
He is survived by daughters, Linda Schexnayder, Sue Fisher and Tina Gilmer; brothers, Norris, Edgar Jr. and Clifton Schexnayder; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be held at a later date.
