Local troops brace for life away from home
January 6, 2010Henry “Kiddo” Lee Williams, 71, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died Friday, Dec. 25, 2009.
He is survived by daughters, Glenda (Martin) Lawson, Dauphine Gray and Charlene Boyd; son, Randy Williams; brother, Albert Williams; sisters, Margery Jones and Julia Lewis; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Major and Stella Williams; brothers, Anderson and Ulysses Williams; sisters, Lucille Reed, Ella Mae Chambers, Dorothy Williams and Daizetta Taylo.
Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
