‘Black Swan’ flick earning locals millions

March 16, 2011Herman Clayton Carline, 90, a resident and native of Baldwin, La., died at 2:40 a.m. Saturday, March 5, 2011.
Mr. Carline was a veteran of the United States Army.
He is survived by Renee P. Phillips; her children that he raised; sisters, Helen Lee, Ocie Napoleon-Henry and Elva Perry; and a host of relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward (Louversa Pentard) Carline; sisters, Glenny Carline and Deola Lewis; and three brothers, Edward, Newton and Alvin Carline.
He is buried at Trinity United Methodist Church Cemetery. (Jones)
