Herman Ernest Walker Jr., 78, a native and resident of Bourg, La., died on Friday, May 12, 2017.
Mr. Walker was a member of the United States Air Force Reserves and also served as a family physician in Houma for over 30 years.
He is survived by his first wife, Evelyn Louis Brown; and their daughters, Anne (Jude) Bares, Joan Walker and Jill (Daniel) Chiasson; wife, Lori Richard Walker; his son, McCall Walker; siblings, Mary Dugas, Carolyn Mabile, Stephen, Harold and Craig Walker, Martha Butler and Linda Russell; and five grandchildren.
A funeral mass is at St. Ann Catholic Church in Bourg.
