Holdrith J. “Bro” Albert, 82, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Friday, July 9, 2010.
Mr. Albert was a long time member of Protector No. 2 Fire Company. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and being around his family. He was a World War II Navy veteran. He will be greatly missed and loved by all. He was a loving and caring father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He is survived by one son, Terry (Karen) Albert; brothers, Charles and C.J. Albert Jr.; sister, Barbara Madere; three grandchildren, Curt (Cheryl), Todd (Faith) and Brad (Becky) Albert; nine great-grandchildren, Kayla, Spencer, Brady, Brad Jr., Samantha, Hunter, Taylor, Maggie and Zachery; and friend, Burnita Fontenot.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Sposito Albert; parents, Annie Keller and Clarence J. Albert; and one brother, Presley Albert.
He is buried at St. Joseph Cathedral Cemetery.
