Behind basin restoration, Maloz leads
October 24, 2011Huey Chiasson Sr., 86, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2011.
He is survived by his sons, Huey Jr. (Theresa), Jerry (Geri) and Roddy (Kim) Chiasson; daughter, Janice (Donald) Constant; sister, Dorothy Trosclair; 13 grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Chiasson; parents, Ozema and Valerie Chiasson; brother, Elmo Chiasson; and sisters, Eula Gros, Floyd Thibodaux, Grace LeBlanc, Zenobia and Penny Landry and Margarite Knight.
Burial was at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral Cemetery in Thibodaux. (Landry’s)
