Ieve Paul Dufrene, 84, a native of Larose, LA. and resident of Lockport, LA., died Sunday, February 18, 2007.
Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by two brothers, Gilbert and Earl Dufrene Sr.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oristile and Justilia Orgeron Dufrene; six brothers, Lucien, Fernand, Ambrose, Walter Sr., George Sr. and Leon Dufrene; and three sisters, Isabell Price, Margaret Dufrene and Leontine Dufrene.
He was a U.S. World War II Army veteran.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the family to help with funeral expenses are preferred.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
