Iola Webre Folse, 97, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died at 12:15 a.m. Monday, Dec. 11, 2006.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at St. Mary’s Nativity Catholic Church in Raceland. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
She is survived by two sons, Daniel Folse and Audrey “Gabby” Folse; two daughters, Elsie Comeaux and Isabelle Dufrene; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Abel Folse; her parents, Daniel and Lorina Bourgeois Webre; and one sister, Marie LeBlanc.
She was a parishioner of St. Mary’s Nativity Catholic Church.
