May 6, 2010Isaac Wilton Howard, 87, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Saturday, April 24, 2010.
Mr. Howard was Baptist. An Army veteran, he retired from the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government.
He is survived by his sons, Ronnie (Theresa), Karl, Floyd and Isaac Howard; daughters, Gwendolyn (George) Mitchell, Rochelle (Melvin), Wendy and Beverly Howard; brother, Joseph Howard; sister, Eula Howard; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Mr. Howard is buried at Southdown Cemetery.
