December 20, 2010J.W. Driskell, 86, of Bivins, Texas, died in Houma on Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010.
Mr. Driskell was retired from ARCO, was a member of Huffines Baptist Church and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He is survived by his sons, Glenn, Lane and Brit Driskell; daughters, Becky Hebert and Melinda Ezell; brother, Tommy Driskell; sisters, Janette Waters, Ruby Walls and Onita Swan; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Sarah Hosey Driskell; and wife, Allene Williams Driskell.
