Jacqueline Charpentier Gaston, 53, a native of Galliano, La., and a resident of Bourg, La., died Sunday July 19, at 10:29 p.m.
She is survived by her husband, David Francis Gaston of Bourg; one son, Nicholas Ray Gaston and wife Jessica Domangue Gaston of Houma, La.; parents, Lincoln Joseph Charpentier and Irene Theresa Allemand Charpentier; two sisters, Gail Charpentier of Galliano and Mrs. Eldon (Lynn) Callahan of Larose, La.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Dale Charpentier.
She was an avid book reader and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, at Chauvin Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow. Burial will be at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
