Jacquelyn A. Thomas-Lewis, 57, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 7:40 p.m. Monday, Nov. 21, 2011.
Mrs. Thomas-Lewis was a member of Mechanicville Emmanuel Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Alvin Lewis; parents, Rev. Saul (Lillian) Thomas; sons, Tye, Quincy, Mack and Shawn Thomas; brothers, Saulmon Jr., Bernell and Allen Thomas; sisters, Robertadine (George) Stevenson, Gail Thomas-Hanzy, Brenda (Charley) Johnson and Deborah (Dwayne) Wright; 18 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Willie Myles, Lizzie Lake, Mommy Sally and Rev. Matt and Mary Thomas. (Community)
