‘Black Swan’ flick earning locals millions

March 16, 2011James E. “J.E.” Billings, 82, a native of Plaquemine, La., and resident of Raceland, La., died at 9:15 a.m. Monday, March 7, 2011.
Mr. Billings was a member of Westwego Lion’s Club.
He is survived by his wife, Murlin T. Billings; son, Wayne Billings; daughter, Rhonda Billings; brothers, Maudaus Jr. and Patrick Billings; sister, Genevieve Reddick; four grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Maudaus Sr. and Genevieve P. Billings; and one brother, Leroy Billings.
He is buried at St. Mary Catholic Church Cemetery. (Falgout)
