Janice Benwoir, 52, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014.
She is survived by her father, Eddie Thompson; brothers, Michael and Tommy Sr. Manuel; and sisters, Betty Hills and Sharon Green.
She was preceded in death by her adopted mother, Pearl Ellis; and maternal mother, Joyce Kirk.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 1, at Williams & Southall Funeral Home in Thibodaux. (Williams & Southall)
