Toll revenue not enough to make bond payments

Jeffrey Louis Hermann, 28, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, Feb. 13, 2011.
A graduate of Terrebonne High School in 2001, Jeffrey was employed by Global X-ray as an offshore x-ray technician. He had a loving spirit and was a generous soul that will be sadly missed by family and friends.
He is survived by his father, Jerry Hermann; mother, Cathy Marcel; brothers, Matthew and Trent Hermann; sisters, Jessica and Shea Hermann; maternal grandmother, Lydia (Joe “Paw-Paw”) Champagne; stepmom, Shannon Gaidry; uncles, Steve, David and Rick Marcel; aunts, Amy St. Martin, Debra Champagne, Virginia Rome and Nancy Champagne; and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Herbert and Virgie Hermann; his grandfather, Alley Marcel; and aunt, Linda Marcel LeBlanc.
He is buried at Garden of Memories Cemetery. (Chauvin)
