Jimmie Joseph Landry, 61, a native of New Orleans, La., and resident of Chauvin, La., died at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2010.
Mr. Landry was in the U.S. Army for two years stationed in Okinawa. He was employed at K&B Machine Works in Houma, La. He loved working for them and the family would like to especially thank them for supporting and having so much faith in Jimmie. God has lifted you up with Him where you are at peace watching over us. Gone but not forgotten.
He is survived by his son, Brandon (Adrianna) Landry; and sister, Rose (Clark) Barrios.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Marie Davine Landry.
