John Authement Sr.
John “Pat” Authement Sr., 75, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 2:40 a.m. Wednesday March 28, 2012.
Mr. Authement was a parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church. He was in the U.S. Navy Reserve. He was television repairman and the owner of Pat’s TV Service.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Authement; sons, John Jr. (Lena), Phillip (Rosalia), Kent (Shanna) and Raymond (Melody) Authement; daughters, Pamela (Eugene) Foret and Julie Authement; brothers, Voorhies and Anthony Authement; sister, Juanita Poindexter; 17 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Loyman and Euphemie Authement; and sisters, Gloria Prestenbach and Anna Mae Leger.
Burial was at St. Louis Catholic Church Cemetery. (Falgout)
