John Paul Burson, 57, a native and resident of Houma, passed away on March 6, 2018.
Visitation will be held Saturday, March 10, 2018, at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, Bayou Blue from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm. The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, Bayou Blue, at 3:30 pm.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Burson; mother, Joyce Bourg Arceneaux; sons, Joshua Burson and wife Jessica; daughter, Jordan Burson; brothers, Chris Vincent, Ricky Burson, Tommy Burson, and Randy Burson; sisters, Linda Stearns, Judy Viteaux, Donna Eller and Bobbi Voigt; and grandchildren, Kylie, Brayden, and Tristyn Burson.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Burson; stepfather, Preston Arceneaux; grandparents, Govenel Bourg and Pearl Bourg Marcel; sisters, Patricia Cook and Jacqueline Cormack.
John loved everyone and enjoyed life. He will be sadly missed by family and friends.
