Jonathan Louis Doré, a former resident of Larose, La., and current resident of Pearl River, La., died Monday, April 18, 2011.


Mr. Doré was a certified welder with Baker Land and Marine Construction. He will be missed by all who were touched by his love, kindness and compassion. We love you, and you will forever be missed.

He is survived by his father, Perry (Rebel Hebert) Doré; mother, Jane (John Matherne) LeBlanc; his lifelong brother and friend, Dustin Doré; grandparents, “Maw Maw” Rena L. Hebert, Dieu Donne Doré, Helen Doré and Mickey and Pat Dormain; his “Perrin,” Emile J. Hebert; his “Dee Dee,” Dolores A. Hebert; his “MeMe” Linda L. and “NeNe” Sidney Saivant; aunt and uncle, Louie and Cindy LeBlanc; special aunt, Cathy Mohr; nanny, Melinda Macaluso; the LeBlanc, Hebert, Doré, Dormain and Anselmi families, which includes 11 uncles, 11 aunts and 75 cousins.


He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Octave Jr. “Johnny” and Willie Isabel LeBlanc, and Noah Hebert.

Family is invited to attend an evening visitation from 5 to 6 p.m. Monday, April 25, 2011, at the KC Home in Larose. Visitation with friends will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Monday at the KC Home.

He is buried at Holy Rosary Cemetery. (Falgout)
