Joseph Anthony “Pap-Pap-Joe” Autin Sr., 85, a native of Lafourche Parish and resident of Houma, La., died Friday, May 15.
Visitation will be 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday, May 17, and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, May 18, at Chauvin Funeral Home with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
He is survived by one son, Michael Autin and wife, Joyce, of Bastrop; two daughters, Zelma and Rosie Autin of Houma; one sister, Florance Domangue of Lockport; two brothers, Lovince and Nelson Autin of Houma; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Nelson Autin Sr. and Rose Guidry; his wife, Mildred T. Autin; one son, Joseph Autin Jr.; one brother, Steven Autin; and three sisters, Sadie Lirette, Zelma Louviere, and Vivian Smith.
He was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
