‘Crimes of the Heart’: Tragedy, laughs

Joseph “Ti-Joe” Paul Chaisson Jr., 58, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Dulac, La., died at 10 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, 2011.
He is survived by his parents, Joseph “Joe” and Juanita Cecile Crochet Chaisson; daughters, Nikki (William “Will” Beetz) Drennan and Ketti (Michael Wiley) Spiers; brother, Raoul (Kim Duthu) Chaisson; sisters, Terry Lynn (Gilbert) Daigre and Darlene (Kenneth) Coffman; and five grandchildren, Taylor Chaisson, Ransey and Gavin Drennan, and Evan and Claire Wiley.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Raoul and Leah Legendre Chaisson; and his maternal grandparents, Houston and Elena LeBlanc Crochet.
He is buried at Holy Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery.
