November 7, 2013Joseph Lloyd Touchard Jr., 70, a native of New Orleans, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, Nov. 3, 2013.
Mr. Touchard was a U.S. Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Opal Touchard; sons, Victor, Barry and Craig Kubiak; brother, Patrick Touchard; sister, Eleanor Hannen; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Beatrice Touchard. (Chauvin)
