Landry and Boustany agree on region’s needs

Josephine Ellen “Turtle” Parfait Naccio, 71, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Raceland, La., died at 8:25 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, 2011.
She is survived by her sons, Norman Jr. (Deadra), Andrew (JoAnn), Ricky (Salli), Rodney, Chad (Jessica) and Daniel Naccio; daughters, Gayle (Dale) Daigle, Cheryl (Claude) Brugett, Normajean (Jimmy) Ramey, Barbara Naccio, Renee Garcia and Deborah (Alex) Morato; brothers, Michael, Tony, Peter and Easton Parfait; sister, Marie Verdin; 38 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Naccio Sr.; parents, Abraham Sr. and Marie Parfait; daughter, Tammy Naccio; brother, Abraham Parfait Jr.; sisters, Susanne Cupp, Florence Soudelier and Rita Plaisance; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Larose, La., with services to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Falgout)
