Josephine Gautreaux Dickinson, 76, a native of Dulac, La., and a resident of Metairie, La., died Monday, Oct. 19, at 6:55 a.m.


She is survived by her husband, Lloyd A. Dickinson of Metairie; three daughters, Donna Landry and husband A.J. of Independence, La., Deborah Perret and husband Stephen of Loranger, La., and Lisa Aucoin and husband David of Kenner, La.; seven grandchildren, Jody Bergeron, Amy Voss, Jamie Landry, Mark Voss, Leslie George, David Aucoin and Brandon Aucoin; five great-grandchildren, Alexis Sterling, Tyler Fleming, Alex Fleming, Joshua Voss and Connor Voss; and one sister, Emma Kelly of Dulac.


She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Gautreaux Sr. and Lucretia Neil Gautreaux; and two brothers, Louis Gautreaux Jr. and Nolan Gautreaux.

She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20, at Chauvin Funeral Home, and 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, at Holy Family Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church with burial at Lake Lawn Metairie Cemetery.
