State’s higher-education plot line is very predictable

November 5, 2010Joyce Moore Dagate, 84, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2010.
Ms. Dagate was a homemaker, owner of Royal Laundry Dry Cleaner’s and an original owner of The Vogue. She was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral.
She is survived by her nieces, Annette Saal and Robin Stonecipher; nephews, Lawrence, Jimmy and Dr. John Dagate; and aunts, Beulah Domangue and May Duplantis.
Visitation will be 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 5, at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral with mass to follow. Burial will be at Terrebonne Memorial Park.
