17-year-old arrested for shooting mother

Joyce Pepper Barrios, 71, a native of Lafayette, LA. and a resident of Houma, LA., died Monday, Dec. 25, 2006.
Visitation will be from 11:30 to 2 p.m. service time Thursday at the chapel. Burial will be in the Barrios Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Henry B. Barrios; her mother, Lula B. Pepper LeBlanc; 2 daughters, Janie Barrios and Bonnie B. Blanchard; 2 brothers, Milton and James Pepper, and 4 grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her father, Louis Pepper.
She was a parishoner of Living Word.
She was in the Women’s Aglow.
Falgout Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
