Julia Aucoin Folse, 80, a native of Lockport, La., and a resident of Campti, La., died Friday, Aug. 14.
She is survived by one daughter, Gloria Smith and husband Vick; three grandchildren, Darryl Guillot and wife Nina, Brandon Guillot and wife Danielle, and Chad Guillot and wife Rhonda; five great-grandchildren, Dustin Guillot, Dillon Guillot, Demya Guillot, Destiny Guillot and Brandon Guillot Jr.; and one son-in-law, David Guillot.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Folse; parents, Edward and Lydia Gautreaux Aucoin; one daughter, Linda Guillot; five brothers, Luke, Thomas, Edward, Raymond and Eugene Aucoin; and two sisters, Marie Aucoin and Rena LeBlanc.
She was Catholic.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 17, at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland, La., with the funeral service to follow. Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
