Downed economy, cold makes hard job tougher

Katherine “Kitty” Stevens Kee, 82, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Sunday, Jan. 10, 2010.
She is survived by her children, Bonnie LeRay, Terry (Anna) Kee, Susan (Stan) Johnson and Lisa (Robert) Wooldridge; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and sister, Barbara Grabert.
She was preceded in death by her husband, O.R. “Bob” Kee; sisters, Marie Carpenter, Gladys Laurie and Grace Brown; parents, William and Juilette Daigle Stevens; and one grandson.
She was a gentle, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be sadly missed every day.
She is buried at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.
