Cassidy: Louisiana has answers for nation’s woes

June 2, 2011Kay Samuel Broussard, 65, a native of Gretna, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Thursday, May 26, 2011.
She is survived by her husband, John Broussard; daughters, Paige (Gary) Hebert and Stephanie (Nathan Dupre) Moreau; four grandchildren, Morgan and Samantha Moreau, and Ethan and Tyler Hebert; her beloved pet, Jeb; brother, Lloyd Samuel Jr.; and sisters, Nancy Cuneo and Kim Strickland.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd Sr. and Elvia Langridge Samuel; and brother, Jackson Samuel.
