Kerry Dale Johnson, 37, a native and resident Thibodaux, La., died Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012.
Mr. Johnson was a member of Moses Baptist Church.
He is survived by his parents, Earl Sr. and Lillian Johnson; daughter, Quakettia Ward; brothers Earl Jr., Byron and Jason Johnson; and sisters, Mary Pollard, Andetrie Pharr, Rhonda Brown and Cherlyn Bergeron.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Lenetta Williams.
Burial was at Moses Baptist Church Cemetery No. 2 in Thibodaux. (Kennedy)
