Kevin Joseph Cortez, 41, a native and resident of Choctaw, LA., died Wednesday, April 18, 2007.
Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at St. James Chapel. A religious service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the chapel. Burial will be in St. James Chapel Cemetery.
He is survived by his parents, Clarence “Foot” Cortez Sr. and Velma Molaison Cortez; one son, David Fritz Cortez; one daughter, Adrienne Elizabeth Cortez; two brothers, Clarence “Foot Jr.” Cortez Jr. and Troy Cortez; and two sisters, Lorrie Rink and Tessie Cortez.
Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
