December 23, 2011Larry Emile Foret, 74, a resident of Morgan City, La., died Monday, Dec. 19, 2011.
Mr. Foret was a boat captain for 40 plus years and after seeing the world he retired to spend time with family and friends. He was a parishioner of Holy Cross, a Master Mason, member of Doric 205 of Morgan City and a Shriner. He enjoyed to dance and was never alone on the dance floor.
He is survived by his daughter, Patricia (Shelby) Daigle; son, John (Susan) Foret; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Maria Foret, parents; and brothers and sisters.
Entombment was at Morgan City Mausoleum. (Hargrave)
