Lee Mary Lewis Vaughn, 84, a native of Fort Worth, Tx., and a resident of Houma, La., died Tuesday, January 29, 2008, at 9:19 a.m.


She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Johnson and husband, Dickie, of Houma; brother, Cecil Lewis of California; four grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.


She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Vaughn; her parents, Clint Lewis and Katie Coats Lewis; and one grandson, Ricky Johnson III.

Lee was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
