Trivia players provide friendly benefits with competition

Lloyd C. Clement, 94, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2011.
He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Goldie Clement; children, Patricia (Robert) Vice and Jeffrey (Dianne) and Gary (Lorraine) Clement; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Benard and Jeanne Clement; brothers, Junius, Guy and Elphege Clement; and sisters, Celeste Lagarde, Vivian Clement, Jessie Richard, Inez Duplantis, Elvina Glaser, Ruby Parmelee and Florence Anastasio.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral with mass to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Landry’s)
