April 1, 2010Lloyd James Davis, 72, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 10:40 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, 2010.
Mr. Davis was a bridge tender with the State of Louisiana for 26 years.
He is survived by his wife, Amanda Henry Davis; daughter, Thelma (Anthony) Dupre; son, Emile Joseph Davis; brothers, John and Thomas Davis; sisters, Elaine Deroche and Lola Duplantis; two grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
He is buried at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
