Mass tort against BP anticipated

Lois Bergeron, 86, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died at 10:30 p.m. Monday, April 4, 2011.
She is survived by her sisters, Noelie (James) Womack, Jerry Braud, Ida Boudreaux and Deanna Kittle; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Bergeron Jr.; parents, Harry and Ida Kerne Mire; one brother, Harry “Butsy” Mire Jr.; and one sister, Merlin M. Toups.
A special thanks to her doctors, Dr. Chester Boudreaux, Dr. Allen Vander, Dr. Bart Denys and Dr. Al Timothy. Many thanks go out to the ICU staff at Thibodaux Regional and the staff at Audubon Guest House.
She is buried at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral Cemetery. (Landry’s)
