Loretta DeHart Aucoin, 56, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Theriot, La., died Friday, Dec. 31, 2010.
Mrs. Aucoin was a member of House of Praise. She enjoyed her traveling, sweets and her family.
She is survived by her husband, Edwin Alden Aucoin Jr.; son, Ted DeHart; stepson, Billy (Erika Price) Aucoin; daughter, Savannah (Bradley Lovell) Aucoin; brothers, Gerald Jordan, and Calvin (Rosie), Eura (Yvonne), Clevis Jr. (Nancy) and Rodney (Jackie) DeHart; sisters, Mary Frances (Calvin Sr.) and Ethel (Alvin Sr.) Punch, Glenda (Eldrich) Liner and Tammy Guidry; and one grandchild, Kira Lovell.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clevis and Celena DeHart; one stepson, Jamie Aucoin; two brothers, Carroll and Kenneth DeHart; and one sister, Barbara Punch.
She is buried at St. Eloi Catholic Church Cemetery.
